If you work for wages for a boss instead of for yourself or for some kind of workers' cooperative, you are being exploited and you should fight back. The reason exploited people often don't fight back is because we are distracted by consumer activities, like watching TV. We need to move towards a society where people are free from capitalism both in and out of the workplace.
